We had an unforgettable guided tour of Santorini with Markos as our guide, and I can’t recommend him enough! He took us to a charming local Greek tavern for a delicious lunch, where we got to experience authentic cuisine away from the usual tourist spots. Markos then guided us through a beautiful neighborhood and down to a serene beach, sharing insights about the local culture along the way.

The highlight of the day was ending up on top of a mountain to witness the breathtaking sunset—truly a once-in-a-lifetime view! Markos’ great personality and welcoming attitude made the tour even more special. He went above and beyond to teach us not just about Greek culture, but also gave us a deeper understanding of the economics in Greece. It felt like we got a real insider’s view of Santorini. We had a great day touring Santorini. Our tour guide Markos Kyriakakis knew all about the ‘best’ touring options, economy and culture. He made lunch and dinner reservations for us that were both parent and teenager friendly. We even hung out at local beach club after lunch. We loved his energy and how he made us feel

What an amazing day!! Having never booked with an independent tour guide I was wondering what to expect and whether or not this could be a scam. I was delighted to find that Markos was a real person, looks exactly like his picture and his great smile is contagious! We fell in love with him right away. He has a great sense of humor as he pointed out sights he told wonderful stories. He absolutely knows what he’s talking about. We experienced the Santorini in the pictures we had seen on YouTube and in picture books as well as a behind the scenes Santorini where the locals live. It was an incredible day we will not forget!

Would I do it again? In a heartbeat!!!

Markos is a wonderful tour guide, during our tour with him we experienced many wonderful parts of Santorini. He timed our tour to experience the sunset on a beautiful black sand beach and showed us beautiful views of the island from the top of the hills. The tour he provided was a great introduction to the island!

Absolutely, amazing highlight of our trip. We met Markos at the top of the cable car in Fia. We started as complete strangers and quickly turned into family by the time our tour was over. Markos was so positive. Gave us tips along the way, drove us all over Santorini in an immaculate car. In addition, he took a bunch of photos of my hubby and I - which turned out way better than any selfie stick would do. He catered the route due to our requests. I really can’t say it any better - book with Markos - you won’t be disappointed. He’s a real gem.

I would have rated this service 10 stars if I could. Markos is the gold standard for a tour guide. Friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and passionate. You can tell he loves what he does, and it made the experience that much better for my wife and I. You can tell Markos truly cares, and wants you to have a memorable time. He took photos for us, and sent them to us after the tour. He answered all of our questions with a giant smile on his face, and we felt very safe driving around the island with him leading the way. He allowed us time to walk around on our own, while still guiding us in areas we would have never seen if it weren’t for him. This tour was the highlight of our trip. Thank you, Markos!
