Firstly let me say that I've never recieved such appaling customer service from a company operating online.

I ordered a dining table on the 26th of August. The table arrived around 7 working days later but the leg of the item was faulty. I therefore requested an uplift and a refund. It took them
2 weeks to arrange for the table to be collected. It was finally collected on the 26th of September..

It took them a further 10 working days to acknowledge that the table had been recieved, its now the 9th of October. This was only because I'd followed up with them and asked for an update.

I was told the refund would be processed in 7 to 14 working days so the money should of arrived in my account no later than Tuesday the 29th of October. (Guess what. It DID'NT)

I was told on Monday the 29th of Ocotber that the refund would definitely be in my account this week and that it can sometimes take a little longer and guess what I'm still waiting it's now the 31st of October.

It's been 50+ working days since the table was purchased.

BE WARNED ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..

Would definitely recommend this seller received my marble dining table within 7 days really happy with my order before Esme I went with another furniture company who took my money and never delivered the goods lucky enough I got my money back.

What a great company!!
I had never ordered from this company before ,after I had placed the order I began to think had I done the right thing.I had no reason to worry ,I was sent an email almost straightaway and several updates. The delivery was arranged over the phone ,with an email confirming the date and time.They were very punctual, the guys handled our furniture with Care(I watch then take them off the van).They were very polite and the goods themselves were packed really well.I hadn't realised when ordering them they would come ready built so that was a great bonus!!
I would definitely recommend this company.

Delivered quickly after ordering, delivery drivers prompt and helpful.
Well packaged, ready assembled except for handles and really pleased to receive both wooden and metal so can change in future if fancy a different look.

Was our first purchase from esme furnishings and not the last.

Unluckily received a damaged item as it was damaged in transit nevertheless when I contacted esme furnishings they were exceptionally helpful and organised for a replacement to be sent which I received within 3 days which I cannot be happier with

Will be buying from them again! Highly recommend.

Poor customer service, bar stools ordered website guaranteed delivery for Christmas. After multiple times of chasing no bar stools have arrived. They then blamed the courier for losing them. But no tracking information was ever sent. So it was their warehouse. Once review was posted customer service levels improved. I can't comment on the quality of the products as I have not cancelled my order and awaiting a refund. While the chat service is prompt, buyer beware. I would give one start if I could. Subsequently found the same order cheaper with another company so it's worth shopping around even if you do find something you love on their website.

In response to your reply, you did offer guaranteed delivery before Christmas and this was a banner on your webpage. You haven't sent me any emails so your response is hear'say. I asked for a discount and you did provide one. You also confirmed on Tuesday it would be delivered this week. Your customer service was poor and only improved when I placed this review and asked me to remove this. Yes you responded to my communication, all your action is a response to my communication.
