We have just received delivery of 4 Rio Stools and are over the moon. We searched locally but found nothing that suited, many were "cheap and unsubstantial". We then discovered Grahams site and took a trip from Yorkshire to Glasgow to see ,feel and sit in the options. I don't believe online viewing does it justice.His advice was invaluable and we made our choice. Rio Stools in Graphite. They go great with our Breakfast bar and kitchen units and are very comfortable and extremely robust. They will last years.

We purchased 4 bar stools for use in our refurbished kitchen a few years ago. They arrived promptly, looked very stylish and we were very pleased with our purchase. Sadly, a weld on one of the footrests recently failed so one stool became unusable. We contacted Graeme at the barstool company and spoke with him on the phone. He talked me through how to disassemble the stool to find the problem and identify what was required to fix the issue. We kept in contact with Graeme and the spare part duly arrived. It was easy to fix and the stool is now back in use.
