I ordered a wall mural from Beut, the Coordonne Lotus Mural in Clow. Ordering samples was quick and easy, and really helped us make our decision about which shade to go for. Worth the very small expense.

Great service, well packaged, and most of all, a brilliant product. Our dining room looks unbelievably good!

The one thing is that a lot of the emails about my order ended up in my junk email folder, so I did miss a few until I checked there.

I received a Ferm plant pot from Beut which was damaged. I emailed them and also spoke directly to them. They were very helpful and a new, perfect pot arrived three days later.
I found them to be efficient and friendly and from my experience I would definitely recommend them.

Lead time on the Flos bellhop lamp was around 4 weeks but I was aware of this before I ordered it and I was in no rush. I'm a fairly savvy shopper and Beaut offered the keenest price on this item.
Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend purchasing from this company again - I will certainly be checking in when looking for my next design hit!

Unfortunately a very bad customer experience. I don't seem to be alone about ordering issues and receiving the product looking at other reviews.
I ordered from Beut 30 days prior to wanting to give the expensive gift to my partner for her 40th birthday.
After 3 weeks I had not had any contact so I called Beut to track the item. I was simply told that the shipment had been lost. I'm not sure why it took me to contact them in this situation.
It was a miserable 'sorry' i received for the disappointment I have for not being able to give the gift to my partner.

Beut wallpapers are gorgeous. The selections I made are designed in France and made in Italy. They are top-quality and hang beautifully. I am most impressed. Their customer service has been friendly, accommodating, and swift. It's a great company and I'm so glad to have stumbled upon them online. If you are discerning about the quality of the paper on your walls, you will be happy with Beut.

There was no communication when ordering online. No order confirmation or shipping notice. My item finally arrived after three weeks. Unfortunately, the incorrect colour had been shipped with no information on how to make a return.

Edit: after leaving this review I was contacted and customer service informe that the article I had wanted was out of stock and I was offered a refund. Very nice and polite gentleman processing the issue. Got my money back promptly.
