What a lovely garden centre, the Christmas displays were very good. There was plenty of room to walk about and staff were lovely.
The cafe was really good, but some food had sold out and the tables could have been cleaned. I also had to clean the baby chair, but I’d have cleaned it anyway, but some spray and wipes/paper could have been provided where the chairs are stored.
We will definitely be going back.

Went to azure after having visited another garden centre (won’t name names) and it was an absolute joy. Its so Christmassy. Pay it a visit you won’t be disappointed. Just as a note you can take your dog around the centre but it can’t go in the cafe. Well done Cramlington.

My first visit to this garden centre. It's in a beautiful setting. The atmosphere throughout was efficient, happy, and busy. Even the plants looked happy. I found all that I needed, reasonably priced, and had an excellent coffee in the impressive cafe building. The food looked home cooked and varied, and I was served by someone who "loved" her job, especially working with the students. The loos were clearly signed, accessible and clean. I felt very motivated to donate to this charity!

Great Garden centre supporting a charity on all purchases, vast display if garden furniture is available apart from the nas dive choices of gardening tools, access cities and plants. On site cafeteria very good (card only payment). Staff very polite and extremely helpful. Worth a visit.

Love the garden centre & the staff. The food is also better than other garden centres, but, I used the disabled toilet & was dissapointed with its cleanliness. It really needs a spring clean! The toilet bowl was dirty under the rim. The handle bars were dusty & dirt & looking around, it was generally dirty. Not what I would have expected since everywhere else is spotless.

Love this place. Friendly staff, great cafe, lovely plants and all in aid of a good cause. Fantastic seasonal displays too.

For the entitled folk complaining about the cafe... It's a garden centre not a Michelin star restaurant. Having said that, as a regular visitor the food and coffee has always been exceptional. Thank you for all your hard work! ?

Shop in general is good for plants, baskets etc however the cafe is not brilliant! They close the kitchen at 2.30pm and the cafe itself closes at 3pm so you cant even get a cold sandwich and they refused to accept cash payment and id forgotten my card so had to leave without eating!
