Pawz Pet Cafe/Cat Cafe and boba tea - Carmel, Indiana

I stopped in to check out Pawz Pet Cafe. They are still in their opening stages but I was impressed with the cat apparatuses they have for sale. You can adopt a cat and leave with all the goods. I was especially impressed with the organic kitty litter they have for sale. I’d definitely purchase that if/when we adopted a kitty. Then I walked into the cafe portion. I ordered a milk boba tea. It wasn’t too sweet. But they have tons of drink options and all reasonably priced.

Then I made my way into the kitty room. The set up is so cool! I was making a mental wishlist of things I wanted to get for my future kitty. All of the cats there are super sweet and there is a booklet to learn more about each kitty available.

You do not need a reservation but it is advised. It’s $10 for 30 minutes to enjoy a drink and get to know some cats. I can’t wait to take my boys soon.

My friend and I went to this cafe and we had a blast! They sell very affordable cat/dog supplies and delicious boba drinks. We also had a great experience with the staff! Everyone was very friendly and open to answering our slew of questions. They had over 20 cats of all different varieties. You can also tell how much they care for all the kitties. Overall, I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to adopt or just for a serotonin boost. We'll definitely be back!!

So cute!! Every kitty there was very sociable (with people at least, haha) and they had lots of great toys, cat trees, beds, cardboard scratchers, places to hide if desired... really wonderful to see the thought and consideration put into the kitties' environment and enrichment. The coffee is fine, but who are we kidding, we're really there for the floofers. A lovely touch is that you can buy little crunchy treats and squeezy tube treats to feed to the kitties! Amazing way to give them lots of positive associations with humans, and encourage positive interactions. The staff are very kind and friendly as well. Absolutely would recommend. ?

I saw a flyer at the pet store, it was close by so I had to check it out !

It's still in development, so it feels a little empty and lacks character.
I tried the blood orange soda and it wasn't too sweet ? and was refreshing. It costs $10 for 30 mins with the cats, it's plenty of time. You'll spend about $15-$20 average I think. The cats are Soo cute and it's a sweet place. I will certainly come back ! I think it's an effective way of getting cats loving homes !

I’m really disappointed with the customer service. We waited 20 minutes for our taro boba, only to be told they were out of boba when we finally received our drinks—with no option for a refund. There was no line, and the café wasn’t busy, so they clearly knew they were out of boba when we placed our order, but we weren’t informed. It felt like they just wanted our money and didn’t care about providing what we asked for. The cats were adorable, but the customer service was lacking.

We had a great time meeting all the cats! I took my 9 year old nephew and he loved it! Staff was helpful in sharing what the cats liked to play with. The decor was cat themed and very fun. They have drinks and a cat supplies store. Would definitely recommend this as a fun activity for kids any age.
